Recruitment

1. Customer development: Meet and Communicate with Customers/ Partners to promote Products;

2. Develop new Partners and support BSL Branches to maintain relationship with Partners;

3. Organize business promotion activities such as: Customer conference/fair/exhibition...;

4. Data compilation of business figures for performance analysis and make proposal;

5. Conduct market research, competitors’ analysis.

Education/Training

• Bachelor or higher degree in relevant majors;
• Foreign language: Can use English in daily work;
• Informatics: Proficient in office informatics.

Knowledge and technical skills

• Have financial knowledge, business analysis skills;
• Good skills in communication and relationship development/maintenance;
• Capable of teamwork.

Work Experience

Has at least 1 year of experience in Banking and finance.
