On the occasion of March 8, 2023 – United Nations Day for Women’s Rights and International Peace, the Union of BIDV – SuMi TRUST Leasing Co., Ltd (BSL) coordinated with the Youth Union to organize activities for BSL women to honor the beauty and create joy for all female employees at BSL.

The series of activities includes “Ao Dai photo contest” for all female employees at Head Office and Hanoi branch and a small party on March 8 at each branch. This is an opportunity for BSL men to honor the values and send best wishes to female employees in the company.

On March 8, 2023, in Hanoi, a large number of female employees join the International Women’s Day party at BSL with all employees at the Head Office and Hanoi branch. At the party, Mr. Nguyen Thieu Son, Chief Executive Officer of BIDV – SuMi TRUST Leasing Co., Ltd, affirmed the important role of women in modern times. According to his speech, women in the new era should be a woman taking care of the family, and also be proactive in work and social activities.

Speech at the party, Mr. Hoang Van Phuc, President of the Trade Union, Deputy Chief Executive Officer emphasized that “Women are born to love and be loved”. Women are the same as beautiful flowers. They are both always beautiful and fresh needing caring, nurturing, understanding and sharing from men. He encourages male employees in the company to care and understand the women around them.

On the same day, the Trade Union and Leaders of BSL branch in Da Nang also held a small party and sent flowers and best wishes to the female employees of the company.

In harmony with that atmosphere, Ho Chi Minh Branch had a small party of flowers and cake. The party was held to give motivation to female officers in the branch because women are the source of life and inspiration for the company.
