I. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Appraise financial leasing proposal documents for customers submitted by the Branch to the Head Office;
• Review the proposed financial lease to ensure compliance with BSL’s credit, risk management and business policies;
• Assess the feasibility of the leasing proposal; Recommend the Head of the Department to agree or reject the lease within his or her authority;
• Complete the credit approval and document filing in accordance with regulations;
• Perform other duties assigned by the Head of the Department.

II. SPECIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Graduated from University or higher, appropriate majors.

Knowledge and technical skills

• Knowledge and experience in credit appraisal, corporate finance and business analysis;

• Having ability to coordinate with individuals and units within the company to successfully complete assigned tasks;

• Capable to build regulations and processes; have a research spirit and propose to modify, renew the process or working method;

• Using English fluently.

Work Experience

At least three years of experience in credit appraisal, investment appraisal, auditing, or corporate financial analysis at banks, fund management companies, audit firms, or other financial institutions
