The second Expanded Executive Committee Meeting of the VFLA, Fifth Term

The meeting was attended by members of the Executive Committee, the Inspection Committee, the Secretary-General, and the staff of the Vietnam Financial Leasing Association (VFLA), as well as member companies of financial leasing in Vietnam.

Mr. Nguyen Thieu Son, CEO of BSL and Chairman of the Association, and Mr. Pham Xuan Hoe, Secretary-General of the Association, chaired the meeting

The meeting focused on evaluating the Association’s activities in the first nine months of 2023, discussing the direction for the remaining months of 2023, and planning for the activities in 2024. Additionally, the meeting acknowledged the contributions and suggestions from member companies on legal issues.

Specifically, priority was given to addressing difficulties and obstacles related to Circular 24/2023/TT-BCA, closely following the progress of the amended Law on Financial Leasing by the drafting agency and the opinions of National Assembly delegates in order to proactively explain and provide feedback to maximize the resolution of obstacles rooted in previous financial leasing laws, laying a crucial foundation for the future development of the financial leasing sector.

The VFLA admitted the financial leasing company Kexim as a new member

During the meeting, the VFLA announced the decision to admit CTTC Kexim Vietnam Financial Leasing Company Limited as a new member.
