BSL signed Syndicated Loan Agreement with foreign bank branches in Vietnam
On April 14, 2023, BIDV-SuMi TRUST Leasing Co., Ltd (BSL) signed a Syndicated Loan Agreement with four foreign bank branches in Vietnam to strengthen cooperation in supplying medium and long-term credit sources for SMEs in Vietnam through financial leasing.
The Syndicated Loan Agreement was signed between BSL and E.SUN Bank – Dong Nai Branch, The Shanghai Commercial & Savings Bank – Dong Nai Branch, First Commercial Bank – Ho Chi Minh City Branch and Mega International Commercial Bank – Ho Chi Minh City Branch.
This is the second year in a row that E.SUN Bank cooperates with BSL as the arranger of Syndicated Loan between BSL and big banks. It proves BSL’s strong performance and potential development in the financial leasing sector in Vietnam.
Mr. Alex Soung, General Director of E.SUN Bank – Dong Nai Branch highly appreciated the cooperation relationship with BSL. As the arranger of Syndicated Loans, E.SUN Bank commits to collaborate with Shanghai Commercial & Savings Bank, First Commercial Bank and Mega International Bank to strengthen cooperation and promote relationships with BSL, thereby, to support the credit needs of SMEs in Vietnam.
Representatives of partner banks highly appreciated the BSL’s performance and potential as well as believed in Vietnamese economic development in the coming time. As a partner of BSL, the banks expressed their commitment to accompany and support in enhancing credit financing for SMEs in Vietnam through financial leasing.
Mr. Nguyen Thieu Son, Chief Executive Officer of BSL, confirmed that this agreement is a solid step forward in the cooperation relationship between BSL and 4 partner banks. BSL committed to maintaining stable development to bring more opportunities and benefits to stakeholders, providing medium and long-term credit for SMEs in Vietnam through financial leasing services.
