I. JOB DESCRIPTION 

1. Developing strategies, policies, regulations on credit risk management
2. Developing and operating the Internal Credit Rating System
3. Building models for credit risk measurement model
4. Credit portfolio management.
5. Participating in projects related to credit risk management.
6. Consult with units on the development of products, programs, policies and regulations related to credit risk
7. Training and guiding units and staff to implement and comply with policies and regulations on credit risk management.
8. Prepare relevant reports within the scope of assigned work.
9. Other tasks assigned by Head/Deputy Head.

II. SPECIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS 

Education/Training

• Bachelor or higher degree in relevant majors.

Knowledge and technical skills

• Having in-depth knowledge of credit risk management,

• Knowledge of credit operations of credit institutions.

• Knowledge of risk modeling, machine learning, data visualization and Basel

• Management Competency

• Particularly good Professional Competence

• Good general competence: Ability to communicate; Creativity and continuous improvement; Ability to work in a team/organization; High sense of responsibility at work.

• Computer skills: proficient in using Word and Excel

• English Proficiency at work..

Preference:

• Risk management experience in financial institutions.
• Certificates related to risk management
• Proficient in using data analysis software such as R, SAS, Python.
