I. JOB DESCRIPTION

Perform tasks related to the doubtful debt and bad debt which assigned to handle according to BSL regulation.

The main tasks:

  • Monitor and manage bad debts and doubtful debts;
  • Propose plans and measures to handle and recover doubtful debts/ customers;
  • Implement measures and plans for debt settlement and recovery approved by competent authorities;
  • Participating in legal proceedings.
  • Perform debt settlement tasks according to regulations of BSL;
  • Perform other duties assigned by the leaders of division/branch.

II. REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • Graduated from University or higher in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Finance – Banking;
  • Ability to use English at work;
  • Proficient in Microsoft office.

Knowledge and technical skills

  • Understanding the legal process, debt handling and debt recovery operations;
  • Good knowledge and flexible application of regulations related to banking operations, processes, regulations of the Law;
  • Have experience in debt collection and handling; 
  • Ability to work independently and work with team

Preference

* Candidates have experience in dealing with debts, proceedings and property handling at credit institutions.
