I. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Research Duties

• Research the demand of Sales function and credit approval depts. within the company to plan for what research needs to be carried out.
• Formulate macro economy and business environment analysis / industry based on external analyst reports and available statistics.
• Analyze and formulate report on various surveys carried out within company.
• Formulating competitor analysis to support business planning and company management

2. Planning

• Assist Head of department and planning function of the depart by providing useful analysis upon planning the corporate strategies.
• Support to manage communication crisis
• Integrated management of all branding materials.

II. SPECIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education/Training

• Major in Economics / Finance / Commerce Business Administration or Statistics

Knowledge and technical skills

• At least 2-year experience as economic / corporate analyst, corporate strategist, financial accounting or similar role.
• Accounting, financial skill and knowledge.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (word, excel, power points).
• English communication: advanced level (above TOEIC 800, IELTS 6.0)
• Ability to formulate industry analysis report based on structural understanding of Vietnamese business environment .
• Ability to formulate comprehensive presentation.
• Good presentation skills.
• Good communication ability, to liaise with company’s sales force and functional depts.
• Ability to work in meticulous, careful and detailed manner
• High sense of responsibility and discipline
• Be able to multi task and Adhere to timelines.

Desired qualifications for the communications specialist at BSL:

• Ability to communicate in Japanese is an advantage.
• Working experience in FIs or consulting firm is desirable.
