I. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Clerical management

    1.1. Develop policies and regulations related to document management and archiving across the company;

    1.2. Directly perform tasks related to document management and archiving at the Head Office.

2. Administration

    2.1. Participate in developing policies and regulations related to administrative work, common asset management within the company.

    2.2. Perform administrative organization, logistics and reception tasks for the company’s ceremonies and events as required.

    2.3. Perform tasks related to asset management at Head Office.

    2.4. Support the implementation of employees procedures: booking flights, arranging transportation, accommodation, etc.

    2.5. Support the implementation of recruitment, training, and employees file management as required.

3. Perform other tasks as assigned by Head of Department.

II. SPECIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education/Training

  • Bachelor or higher degree in relevant majors.

Knowledge and technical skills

  • Knowledge of office administration and clerical management;

  • Good communication skills;

  • Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and office tools/ machinery (printer, photocopier, etc.);

  • English proficiency at work.

  • Experienced in administrative and human resources field.
