Nowadays, there is an increasing numbers of small and medium enterprises (SME) finding a method of non-collateral financing in the Mekong Delta. The huge demand represents a fact that a lot of SME cannot prove the persuasiveness of their loan plans for their business expansion without providing collaterals.

For meeting that demand, the Enterprise Development Agency – Ministry of Planning and Investment, in collaboration with the Linkages for Small and Medium Enterprises (LinkSME) sponsored by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), organized the Seminar “Access to Unsecured Financial Sources for SME in Mekong Delta region”.

At the event, Mr. Hoang Van Phuc – Deputy CEO of BSL introduced non-collateral financing solutions for SME provided by BSL and participated in a discussion on financing solutions and financial support programs for SME.
