BIDV – SuMi TRUST Leasing Co., Ltd. (BSL) hereby announces that:

On February 6, 2026, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No. 09/QĐ-QLGS6 regarding the supplementation of business activities in the License of BIDV – SuMi TRUST Leasing Co., Ltd..

Accordingly, Clause 7, Article 4 of the License for Establishment and Operation No. 33/GP-NHNN dated April 12, 2017, issued by the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam to BSL, has been supplemented with the following content:

“7. Other activities:
k) Lending to and placing deposits with credit institutions and foreign bank branches in accordance with the regulations of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam.”

The above Decision takes effect from February 6, 2026.

The expansion of this business activity contributes to BSL’s broader operations, enabling the Company to strengthen cooperation with credit institutions and foreign bank branches, thereby enhancing operational capacity and continuing to provide effective financial solutions to customers and partners.
