BSL Welcomes Students from Gakushuin University (Japan) for a Study Tour and Company Visit

On September 4, 2025, BIDV-SuMi TRUST Leasing Co.,Ltd (BSL) was honored to welcome a group of students from Gakushuin University (Japan) as part of their “Study Tour & Company Visit” program in Vietnam.

The visit was part of Gakushuin University’s experiential learning activities, designed to help students gain a deeper understanding of the operating model of financial institutions in Vietnam, while expanding their perspectives on international business environments.

At BSL’s Head Office, the students were given an overview of the company’s organizational structure, departmental functions, and operational model. Representatives from various divisions also shared useful insights into the financial leasing industry, as well as BSL’s key products and services.

Gakushuin University students visited BSL’s Head Office to learn about its organizational structure, operations, and the characteristics of Vietnam’s financial leasing sector.

A special session was held with CEO Nguyen Thieu Son and Deputy CEO Takahashi Satoshi, who warmly welcomed the students and shared meaningful discussions. The topics covered Vietnam’s culture and economy, the development of the financial leasing markets, the cooperation between Vietnam and Japan, as well as BSL’s business orientation, core values, and organizational culture.

CEO Nguyen Thieu Son and DCEO Takahashi Satoshi shared insights with Gakushuin students on Vietnam’s economy, the leasing market, and BSL’s development direction.

The session took place in a friendly and engaging atmosphere. The students raised many questions about BSL’s business operations, Vietnam’s financial industry, and opportunities for cooperation between the two countries. BSL’s representatives provided practical perspectives, helping the students better understand the important role of financial leasing in promoting investment, technological innovation, and sustainable growth.

The visit not only offered Gakushuin students valuable first-hand experience of corporate operations in Vietnam, but also contributed to enhancing educational, cultural, and economic ties between the two countries.
