On 6 June 2018, the State Bank of Vietnam issued the Official Letter No. 4165/NHNN-TTGSNH approving the appointment of Mr. Pham Quang Tung to be a Member of the Board of Members for the term of office from 2017 – 2020 as proposed by BSL.

By the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam, and as agreed by and among the Members of BSL as well as the Resolution No. 136/2018 / NQ-HDTV dated 30 March 2018 of BSL Board of Members, Mr. Pham Quang Tung has been officially appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Members of BIDV – SuMi TRUST Leasing Company Limited for the term of office from 2017 – 2020, effective from 06 June 2018.

Mr. Pham Quang Tung is currently a Member of Board of Directors of Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV), appointed by BIDV to represent 20% of BSL charter capital.

The Resolution 136/NQ-HDTV also resolved the dismissal of Mrs. Le Thi Kim Khuyen from the Member of the Board of Members for her retirement under the regulations from 01 April 2018.
