The meeting was attended by all members of the Board of Executives, all staffs at Head Office and 3 Branches. Especially, BSL honorably welcomed Mr. Quach Hung Hiep – Senior Executive Vice President of BIDV – Representative of BIDV’s Leadership, and leaders of specialized departments at BIDV to attend.

At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Thieu Son – BSL’s Chief Executive Officer summarized BSL’s achievements in FY2020 as well as the shortcomings; analyzed difficulties, advantages and challenges that BSL needs to overcome in the coming time. Sharing at the meeting, Mr. Takahashi Satoshi – Deputy CEO of BSL set out the targets, orientations and action plans in FY2021 to make BSL strong and sustainable development in accordance with the strategic goals set out.

Attending the Sum-up meeting of BSL, Mr. Quach Hung Hiep – Mr. Quach Hung Hiep – Senior Executive Vice President of BIDV, on behalf of BIDV’s Board of Directors, congratulated and acknowledged the efforts and achievements of BSL team in 2020. Representing for one of BSL’s two parent banks, Mr. Hiep also expressed his expectation for BSL in 2021 and the coming years with further successes in the financial leasing market.

Due to the Covid-19 epidemic, BSL Chairman of the Board of Members – Mr. Kitano Yukihiro was unable to attend this sum-up meeting. From Tokyo, Japan, he sent all BSL staffs and the Board of Executives with sincere thanks for the efforts of each individual and team in the past year and wished everyone a new year with new hope for a better year.

After a year of hard work, the best salesman and saleswoman of the Company were also honored in this event. Mr. Ngo Duy Viet – Deputy CEO on behalf of the BoE announced the awards for BSL’s sales staffs.

Finally, Mr. Hoang Van Phuc – Deputy CEO, on behalf of the BoE, summarized the collective activities of BSL in 2020 and launched the movement in 2021, aiming to build a strong BSL team of solidarity and creativity.

At the end of the closing ceremony, all BSL staffs and guests participated in a year-end party, one of BSL’s unique cultural features. The year-end party is also a meaningful activity for all BSL employees, which is an opportunity to sit down together and acknowledge the achievements, the cooperation in the past year and the need for sharing in the new year; together, as ONE TEAM, STEP FORWARD, overcoming all challenges, bringing BSL to new heights!
