At BIDV – SuMi TRUST Leasing Co., Ltd (“BSL”), we understand that during this time concerning the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak, there are many questions surrounding how this might affect BSL and our customers and partners.

The well-being, health, and safety of people remains our top priority. We are doing everything we can to keep our employees and communities safe while we continue to support our customers, partners and do our part to help combat this pandemic.

Please be assured that, as it stands today, all of our Branches are still operating to ensure our full service to customers and partners. At the same time, we are taking active steps to minimize the risk from the pandemic by restricting employee travel to regions impacted by COVID-19 to mitigate potential exposure.

Face-to-face meetings will also be limited for safety conditions during this period. In case of direct communication, all our employees, our valued customers and partners are required to follow the recommendations of government on disease prevention.

Although direct appointment may be restricted, our amazing teams across BSL will still be available to provide online support to all of our customers and partners. As such, you can always reach out to our associates via all resources and communications channels (telephone, video-conferencing, e-mail, etc) for continuous discussion, any time!
