BSL’s Covid-19 Notice For Clients
Our priority is to protect the health and safety of our staff, while ensuring that we continue to provide our clients with the highest levels of service you have come to expect of BSL.
As the COVID-19 “coronavirus” situation continues to evolve, we have robust plans in place to minimize any disruption to our service. From 2021 July 19, we are actively monitoring the situation and are implementing changes on a daily basis to ensure a high level of responsiveness to our clients.
- Reduce BSL’s staff commutes, especially to regions impacted by COVID-19 to mitigate potential exposure;
- Face-to-face meetings will also be limited for safety conditions during this period. In case of direct communication, all our employees, our valued customers, and partners are required to follow the recommendations of the government on disease prevention;
- Communications channels (telephone, video-conferencing, e-mail, etc) for continuous discussion are stimulated.
