BSL meeting to summarize activities in 2021 and deploy activities for 2022
The meeting had the participation of Mr. Pham Quang Tung, Member of the Board of Directors of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) and Ms. Pham Thi Ngoc Anh, Vice Chairman of BSL’s Board of Members, the Head of Financial Institutions Department BIDV.
At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Takahashi Satoshi, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, summarized the achievements of the company in the period 2017-2021, had a look back at the 5-year journey with its milestones and impressive achievements. Mr. Takahashi Satoshi specially thanked all employees, who have been and will be accompanying the company on the path of inheriting and promoting the company values towards its sustainable development.
2022 starts the new stage in which BSL sets its vision of becoming a leading financial leasing company in Vietnam. Giving an emphasis of the new vision, Mr. Nguyen Thieu Son, the Chief Executive Officer, announced the company’s Purpose, Vision to 2027, Mission and Core Values to all staff.
Specifically, BSL defines its purpose of “To make Vietnamese Society more sustainable and prosperous through the POWER of LEASING”, thus, builds its Purpose, Vision to 2027, Mission and Core Values as follows
Vision: To become a Trusted Partner in the Vietnam’s financial leasing market, known and sought whenever leasing services are needed
Mission:
Firstly, serve leasing needs of customers with greatest level of trust and satisfaction
Secondly, maximize and harmonize the interests of all stakeholders
Thirdly, contribute to the development of Vietnamese leasing market through sharing knowledge, experience and creation
Core Values: Integrity, Accountability, Innovation and Collaboration
At the end of the meeting, Mr. Hoang Van Phuc – Deputy Chief Executive Officer summarized BSL’s collective activities in 2021 and launched the movement in 2022, aiming to build a strong BSL team of solidarity and creativity.
In addition to the summary and orientation of the Board of Executives, BSL received many valuable comments from representatives of BSL Board of Members and BIDV. They expressed their expectations for BSL in 2022 and the following years with further success in the financial leasing market.
