The meeting was held with the participation of the members of the Board of Members, the Board of Executives, the Board of Controllers, Heads and Deputy Heads of the departments of BSL Headquarter.

At the meeting, the Board of Members said that company’s business results in the first quarter of 2022 were positive and closely followed the set targets. In addition, the Board of Members appreciated BSL’s strategy to 2027 through its setting business goals that closely follow sustainable development goals. They considered that establishing the vision of “Become a trusted partner” is a strategic long-term vision, which will be the guideline of company activities.

Additionally, the Board of Members also identified 2022 as an important milestone marking the maturity of BSL. This year marks the first 5-year journey of BSL in the financial leasing market in Vietnam and a turning point for the company’s long-term development strategy in the future.

In conclusion, the Board of Members highly appreciates BSL’s performance in the first 3 months of the year. Especially, they requested the Board of Directors and the staff to continue their hard work to perform in business and governance activities well during the pandemic and the economic and social instability caused by the Russia-Ukraine war, etc. In addition, the Board of Members emphasized the consensus of BSL staff in implementing the sustainable development goals is fundamental, particularly through their continued efforts to share the vison, mission and core values, through which BSL works diligently with a wide spectrum of stakeholders.
