The congress has summarized the results for the 2017-2022 tenure and set out directions and tasks for the tenure 2022-2027 with some following contents.

Evaluation of results for the tenure 2017-2022

Up to today, BSL’s Youth Union has 69 members, accounting for nearly 55% of BSL’s total personnel and is the core force contributing to BSL’s positive results in recent times. Although newly re-established and still facing many common challenges with the company, in the period of 2017-2022, the Youth Union positively contributed to the company’s business results, actively participated in the company’s business activities and activities of the Youth Union of BIDV as well as actively organize social activities such as voluntary blood donation, disadvantaged areas support, contribution to the prevention of Covid-19, etc.

Mission for the tenure 2022-2027

The congress was held with the participation of BSL’s Board of Executive representative, the BSL Trade Union representative and all employees.

Complying with BSL’s vision to 2027, the BSL Youth Union identifies the 2022-2027 tenure as an important period that clearly demonstrates the role of the Youth Union in the task of completing the business plan and sustainable development of the company. In particular, in the context of complicated developments of the COVID-19 epidemic and ever-changing world, each Youth Union member needs to focus on professional work in harmony with corporate targets and consciously practice to adapt to the constantly changing society.

With the action slogan “Pioneering – Creative – Breaking through successfully”, the BSL Youth Union has set out directions for the tenure 2022 – 2027 with key tasks.

Firstly, well implementing propaganda and education;

Secondly, promoting revolutionary programs, including: Volunteer programs, especially the action plans to complete professional tasks; Mobilizing Youth Union members to pioneer and take the lead in innovating to improve work efficiency and quality; Action plans to protect the Mother Earth, maintain national security, social order and safety; and companion programs;

Thirdly, encouraging a strong Youth Union; participating in building the Party and governance and supervise social criticism;

Fourthly, renewing the consulting and coordination of the Youth Union;

At the congress, the Youth Union members elected the Central Committee for the tenure 2022 – 2027 including 7 members. Mr. Nguyen Viet Anh, the secretary of the Youth Union for the 2017-2022 tenure was successfully elected by the congress to remain his position in office for the tenure 2022-2027.
