Auction organization must meet criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria:
- Having property auction function.
- Having at least 3 years in operation.
- Having at least 03 auctioneers.
- Having at least 03 branches / representative offices.
- Other criteria as required by BSL.
- Legal documents of the enterprise.
- A description of the capacity and experience.
- Letter of bid, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).
* Notes:
- This announcement shall become null and void in case the auction organization is unable to auction in accordance with the law.
- BSL will send a written notice of the selection result to the selected auction organization, those who are not informed shall be deemed unselected,BSL does not return document to the unelected entity.
